Michael Jackson: The Experience is a music game licensed by Triumph International. Gameplay differs between some of the platforms. Four-player multiplayer mode is available with Wii or PlayStation Move, singing and full-body control are available with Kinect, and the Nintendo DS version is a rhythm game. Players may take the role of Michael Jackson, a backup singer, or a secondary character in duets and videos. They will also be able to learn more complicated choreography featured in Michael Jackson's videos. The Nintendo DS version of Michael Jackson: The Experience plays a vuvuzela loop over all songs if it detects a pirated copy of the game, a measure Ubisoft called "a creative way to discourage any tampering with the retail version of the game."
