1. How To Enter Drawing: Readers may enter by submitting their e-mail at the end of the survey. No other method of entry will be accepted. All eligible contestants must have a valid e-mail address to participate in the contest. Themis Group, Inc. (“Themis”) is the Sponsor of this Contest.
2. Eligibility: This Contest is offered only in the United States and is open to legal U.S. residents, 16 years of age and older. Anyone under the age of 18 must have the permission of their parent or legal guardian in order to participate. Employees of Themis, and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, dealers, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, children and siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and persons living in the same households as such individuals are ineligible. This Contest shall be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Prize: A total of three $100.00 Amazon.com gift certificates.
4. Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize shall be given. All taxes are the responsibility solely of the winners. Limit one prize per person, family or household.
5. Drawing: Three winners will be drawn at random from among all eligible entries received by December 15, 2007. Themis’s decisions are final. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Contest is subject to end without notice at any time but no later than December 15, 2007.
6. Notification of Winner/Claiming Prize: Winners will be notified by e-mail from Themis, along with a separate e-mail with gift certificate via Amazon.com. If the e-mail submitted is incorrect, inactive, or otherwise invalid, Themis is not responsible for the misdirected and/or lost gift certificate. Themis Media is also not responsible for the actions of any ‘spam’ filters, any network action, or software problem that results in gift certificate/e-mail loss or misdirection.
7. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree a) to the Official Rules, and the decisions of Themis Media, which shall be final in all respects; and b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Themis, its respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors and employees from all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
8. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access of the web site; any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this Contest, or downloading materials from or use of the web site. If, for any reason, the Contest cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest or any drawing(s) and may select the winner from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken.
